Miller Freeman's wealth of experience has seen them manage a range of works in both the public and private sector such as new and refurbishment installation projects, responsive call outs, legionella compliance works, boiler replacements, water treatments and minor works. We installed our flagship remote monitoring system Legionella Watch at The Home Brewery building, part of Nottingham County Council's building portfolio. Legionella Watch was used to ensure remedial work carried out by Miller Freeman was working as expected. Any issues detected were reported back to Miller Freeman in weekly reports. These reports enabled tweaks to be made but workman on site which were recorded and seen instantly by the remote monitoring system. This data was used to report back immediately at times to say whether or not the change in question had a positive or negative result.

Miller Freeman completed their work with the knowledge in hand that the closed water system improvements and changes that they made, had made a postive impact on the buidling, improving all areas in which they had carried out work. The data provided in the weekly reports backed this up.
